MOVE International CityCar Sales Terms & Conditions
- Introduction These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the sale of the CityCar (“Product”) in the United Kingdom by MOVE International (“We”, “Us” or “Our”). By purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Orders When you place an order for the Product on our website, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
- Pricing and Availability All prices are in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.
- Payment Payment must be made in full before delivery of the Product. We accept major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer.
- Delivery Delivery times will be specified on our website or during the purchase process. We will endeavour to deliver the Product within the stated timeframe.
- Ownership and Risk The risk of loss or damage to the Product will pass to you upon delivery. However, ownership of the Product will only pass to you when we have received full payment.
- Warranty The Product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Specific details of the warranty can be found in the Product documentation.
- Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement.
- Liability Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Product in the English courts.
